The consumer and SME legal market is estimated to be worth £12bn per annum and it is estimated that 10% of the population will use a solicitor this year.
The legal market is highly fragmented, with about 9,000 firms. Research has shown there is little legal “brand awareness” and that consumers would happily access legal services through other brands. However, studies have also shown that the majority of consumers prefer to access legal services locally.
TLAN has developed its membership base and operational structures specifically to work with brand partners. We provide the option of white-labelled legal service marketing, a range of USPs and local delivery through quality-assessed member firms.
TLAN can therefore provide an opportunity for its brand partners to provide an additional quality service to their customer bases, together with revenue generation opportunities all with no or negligible investment. All set up and marketing content is provided through TLAN.
In addition, we work with our brand partners to identify product and service development opportunities specific to their customer bases and trigger points for legal needs based on their existing customer knowledge.
