Terms and Conditions
Process
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering. Registering
indicates that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these
terms and conditions, do not register.
The purpose of this registration site is solely to provide further background information
about TLA and to provide a mechanism for law firms in England and Wales to register
their interest in becoming a member of TLA. TLA and The Legal Alliance are trading
names of The Legal Alliance Limited.
TLA will use the information provided on the registration form to assess whether
you or your firm meets certain criteria for potential TLA membership, being principally
size in relation to geographical area, work types undertaken, other memberships
and conflict of area with founding firms. If not selected to attend a presentation
you will be advised of the reasons. The decision of TLA shall be final in all such
matters and no liability in any respect is accepted by or on behalf of TLA for this
decision.
